*Many have asked why I chose to enter real estate at this stage of my life. I began this journey by enrolling in a real estate academy alongside my son, Mark, while he was battling appendix cancer. Mark was incredibly talented in social media, and our plan was to form a team where he managed marketing while I handled the technical aspects—including listings, inspections, and contracts—drawing on my professional background in architecture and my experience teaching architectural drafting.

After a courageous four-and-a-half-year battle, Mark passed away on October 1, 2024. While I was devastated by the loss, I am determined to move forward with the goal we shared: helping others with their real estate needs. Having navigated a long journey with chronic illness, I have deep empathy for those facing similar health challenges.
